Prepare the Package
Place the item securely in its original dust bag and branded box, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
